Shipping and returns

MGF d.o.o., Ljubljana, delivers to the Customer the Products confirmed in the Purchase Order via express courier. MGF d.o.o., Ljubljana, cannot be held liable for acts, delays, or inefficiencies attributable to the carrier.

In addition to standard delivery, the Customer may select optional services during checkout (for example, express delivery, delivery by appointment, shipment insurance, etc.). The availability and cost of such services are clearly indicated on the website before confirming the Purchase Order.

Unless otherwise specified, delivery is made "kerbside," near the street number indicated by the Customer. If the address is in a pedestrian area, delivery will occur at the nearest point accessible by the courier's vehicle.

Suppose delivery cannot be completed under the agreed conditions and costs due to missing or incorrect information provided by the Customer, MGF d.o.o.. In that case, Ljubljana reserves the right to charge the Customer for failed delivery and any storage costs.

If the selected shipping method cannot be fulfilled, MGF d.o.o., Ljubljana, will promptly contact the Customer to arrange alternative solutions, including the option to cancel the order at no extra cost and receive a full refund of any amount already paid.

Delivery is subject to prior payment as indicated in the Purchase Order. Any delivery conditions or terms differing from those stated in the Sales Contract must be expressly agreed in writing between the Customer and MGF d.o.o., Ljubljana.

Customers can track delivery status through a tracking link or by contacting the call center, as notified by email upon shipment. If the tracking link is not available, Customers may request delivery information by writing to info@mgftools.eu, indicating the order number in the email subject.

Upon delivery, the Customer must verify that:

  • The number of packages matches the transport documentation.

  • The packaging is intact, undamaged, clean, and properly sealed with MGF d.o.o., Ljubljana, tape.

  • Any protective films are undamaged.

If there are doubts about package integrity, the Customer may refuse delivery or accept it with reservation by writing on the delivery note: "Accepted subject to inspection due to [reason]" (for example "package wet," "box damaged," etc.).

Except as provided by law, once the transport document has been signed, the Customer may no longer contest the quantity or condition of the delivered goods.

In case of damage or nonconformity, the Customer must notify MGF d.o.o., Ljubljana, by email to info@mgftools.eu within 24 hours of receipt or refusal of the goods, indicating the order number and describing the issue.
