2. Prepayment via Proforma Invoice
If you prefer traditional payment, you may choose bank transfer (wire payment) based on a Proforma Invoice.
After placing your order, you will receive the invoice containing all the necessary payment details, including our bank account information.
Please include your order number and name/company as the payment reference.
Orders paid by bank transfer will be processed and shipped only after full payment has been received in our account.
Payment Confirmation
Once payment is completed, you will automatically receive an email confirmation summarising your order and payment details.
If you do not receive confirmation within 24 hours, please get in touch with us at info@mgftools.eu to verify your order status.
Refunds
If your order is cancelled, withdrawn, or returned, your refund will be processed using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Refunds are made as quickly as possible, typically within 14 days of the return or cancellation being approved.
All refunds are issued in euros (EUR) and are protected by the same level of encryption and payment protection as the original purchase.
