• 3 TESTING PROGRAMS: Thanks to the control system, it is possible to expand the testing potential already present on MGF Blitz (Drain cleaning pump with air compressor) and the MGF PDM (Drain cleaning pump Unclogging). The resolution of 100 mbar on the whole pressure scale, from 0 to 12 bar, allows for accurate testing and load tests. As a result, it is possible to carry out tests with water and air, avoiding contamination (e.g. gas systems) and risks of freezing.
• WASH PROGRAMS: Every washing program (only water, water and pulsed air, water and continuous air) offers clear and easily legible screens that show all the parameters needed to monitor the cycle status. Very clear descriptive texts identify each value.
• EASY NAVIGATION: For each program, several navigable screens display all the parameters required by the current technical regulations. For example, the water flow can be monitored, such as the volume of the treated plant, the calculated water speed in the pipes, the system operating pressures and air, and cycle times. During the cycle, all settings can be changed without interruption.
• COMPLETELY DIGITAL: All machine functions are controlled by the control unit. Therefore no pressure gauges and/or pressure switches are required, and it is possible to monitor and set the operation from the display without external tools. For example, TWISTER can dose chemicals based on the incoming water flow rate.
• COMPLETELY CUSTOMIZABLE: it is possible to customize, if desired, every single parameter of operation for maximum flexibility and effectiveness.
