The Klauke MINI32 Press Fitting Tool - Battery-Powered Klauke With Accessories is a lightweight, compact radial press tool designed for fast and accurate pressing of multilayer, copper and steel fittings in tight and hard-to-reach spaces.

With a linear thrust of approx. 15 kN and a press cycle of about 3-4 seconds, MINI32 delivers professional, repeatable joints while keeping installation time and effort to a minimum. It is especially suitable for plumbing and heating installers who work on small to medium pipe diameters and need a portable tool that fits into cramped shafts, under boilers and between existing pipework.

The tool is powered by a high-efficiency 10.8 V Li-Ion battery (1.5 Ah), offering around 150 presses per charge (DN20 reference). Charging time is approximately 40 minutes, which keeps downtime low. The battery charge status is displayed via a coloured LED, so you always know if the tool is ready before you start pressing.

MINI32 uses a quick-release mini jaw system and a universal mini jaw with interchangeable dies, making it easy and economical to adapt the tool to different fitting profiles and diameters. The head can rotate by up to 350-360°, giving excellent access around obstacles and along walls.

The ergonomic two-component handle ensures a secure, non-slip grip, and the low overall weight allows true one-handed operation. The powerful integrated LED illuminates the work area, helping you press safely and accurately in dark corners, behind equipment or inside cabinets.

Safety and control

• Quick stop – high safety thanks to instant motor stop as soon as the power button is released. If the wrong jaws or fittings are used, or if the tool detects a possible malfunction, the press cycle can be interrupted immediately.

• Autostop – the automatic switch off after the press signals clearly to the user that the pressing process is complete. This reduces tool wear and extends battery life.

• Automatic piston return – the piston returns automatically after each press cycle, saving time on repetitive work and making multiple pressings faster and more efficient.

• LED signalling – tool status, battery level and press feedback are shown via a bright LED indicator, reducing the risk of incomplete or faulty joints.

• Gearless force multiplication system – no delicate gear components, improved reliability and reduced maintenance needs.
