Description

The MGF Tools HERCULES is a hydraulic butt fusion welding machine for joining plastic pressure pipes from 50 - 160 / 90 - 250 / 90 - 315 mm in diameter. It welds PP-R, HDPE and PB pipework, which makes it suitable for water mains, gas distribution and industrial pipe systems.

The machine runs on 220 V, 50/60 Hz and draws 4,05 kW in total: 2,1 kW for the heating plate, 1,2 kW for the facer and 0,75 kW for the hydraulic unit. The heating element reaches 270 °C and holds the set temperature within a tolerance of 5 °C, while the hydraulic circuit works over a pressure range of 0 - 6,3 MPa.
