The MINI40 Battery-Powered Press Fitting Tool, manufactured by Klauke Germany, is designed for fast, accurate and effortless pressing of multilayer, copper, stainless steel and steel fittings up to 40 mm (system-dependent).

Powered by an 18 V / 3 Ah Li-Ion battery, the tool delivers a constant pressing force of approximately 19 kN and completes each press cycle in only 3–4 seconds, making it one of the fastest compact press tools available.

Its compact and lightweight design allows true one-handed operation, while the ergonomic bi-component handle ensures a secure and comfortable grip, even during long working periods. The 360° rotating head guarantees excellent maneuverability in tight or difficult installation spaces.

A powerful LED work light illuminates the press area, improving accuracy and safety. A multi-color LED indicator provides real-time information on press completion, battery status and tool readiness.
