Description

The Klauke CLASSIC 110B ACC Press Fitting Tool – Battery-Powered Klauke is a powerful radial press tool designed for demanding professional installations on steel, stainless steel, multilayer, copper and PEX pipes.

With a constant linear thrust of about 32 kN, it delivers strong, repeatable and leak-free press joints up to DN110 (depending on the system manufacturer). This makes it ideal for heating, cooling, potable water, industrial and fire-protection piping where reliability is critical.

The tool is driven by a high-efficiency 18 V / 5.0 Ah Li-Ion battery that provides up to approximately 500 press cycles per charge (reference DN20). The automatic return system only releases the ram after the nominal pressing force is reached, ensuring consistent joint quality on every cycle.

The press head rotates by about 350°, giving excellent access in tight shafts, near walls or above ceilings. A built-in LED work light illuminates the press area and improves safety and accuracy in low-light conditions. The ergonomic two-component housing offers a secure and comfortable grip, even during long working days.

The battery compartment is compatible with Makita 18 V batteries, adding flexibility on site for users who already rely on Makita platforms. Designed and built in Germany, the CLASSIC 110B ACC combines durability, safety and productivity in one compact press tool.

Advanced safety & control

QuickStop function – immediate motor stop when the trigger is released, especially in case of wrong jaws, incorrect fittings or suspected malfunction. This helps prevent incomplete or faulty press connections.
Autostop function – automatic shutdown at the end of the press cycle. The user receives a clear signal that the pressing process is complete, reducing tool wear and protecting the battery.
Precise automatic return – the ram returns only after the nominal force is reached, ensuring correct and consistent press force on every joint.
Electronic monitoring – the LED display informs the user about tool status, remaining battery level (e.g. below 20%), service requirements and error conditions.
Eco-friendly synthetic hydraulic oil – only biodegradable synthetic hydraulic oil is used, which is tested for heavy loads and is not harmful to water.
